As evidenced by the overwhelming amount of spam emails pervasive on the Internet, spam is a difficult problem to solve. Leading technology firms around the country, in addition to legislative and enforcement agencies, are doing their best to solve the problem. Realistically, no solution will be 100% effective until industry standards and changed and implemented globally. These substantive changes will not take place for many years.
That said, LiveOffice is committed to fighting spam as aggressively as possible. LiveOffice incorporates industry leading anti-spam solutions into its email hosting service and is committing to continual improvement.
Part of this process is understanding the problem as best we can. This form is for reporting "excessive spam" messages to the LiveOffice Email Team. "Excessive spam" is defined as a signficant increase in the amount of spam messages received as a result of being added or transferring to the LiveOffice Email system.
All submissions to this site will be reviewed by the technical staff. It is important to understand that completing this form does not mean LiveOffice will be able to reduce the amount of spam you receive. Nor does it mean that an account manager will be assigned the task of reducing the amount of spam that you receive individually. The purpose of this form is to understand the impact caused by moving to the LiveOffice Email system and learn as much as we can as to why you have experienced an increase in the amount of spam you received.
